Perfect for both new and returning gymnasts, this class helps athletes build a strong foundation while continuing to develop and refine their skills. Through progressive instruction, gymnasts will work on floor, bars, beam, and vault while improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness. Classes combine focused skill development with games, movement challenges, and fun activities to keep athletes engaged and motivated. Our experienced coaches provide individualized instruction, allowing each gymnast to progress at their own pace while building confidence and a lifelong love of the sport.
